I've been working with my coach Trish for nearly two years now and came at a time when I wasn't in a good place with my career and needed the focus, and drive to get myself reset. I'm a believer that people come into our lives when you need them the most and that happened with Trish. The Coaching Relationship

The purpose of a coach is to support the coachee in developing awareness, thinking, and abilities to help the coachee achieve their personal and professional goals. The coaching relationship is generally a medium to long-term one, focused on supporting the coachee to work through barriers that might be holding them back from achieving their goals. However, often, coachees just need to talk through a problem or situation to gain a second opinion that will help them break down a particular challenge in such a way that they can proceed on their own. A month’s session is perfect for that!

Setting the right expectations is important so we have a quick and easy onboarding process.

The first step is to set up your Global Assistant student account (if you don’t already have one), which will be done at the time of enrolment. Once you’ve purchased and enrolled in the Coaching Program, you’ll find it listed under the “My Courses” menu in your Global Assistant Student dashboard.

You’ll have immediate access to the important information needed to prepare you for the first initial session.

We’ll start with a pre-session questionnaire that enables your coach to understand your goals, motivations and ambitions. In addition to this questionnaire, there are step-by-step instructions to book your first coaching call, where we will begin focusing on your career development!

This program is valued at over US$2,500 per month. Onboard for just US$350* for your first month. The regular month-to-month fee is US$700. Stop any time, no contracts.

After the first month, the all-inclusive month-to-month fee is US$700* per month.
