Empowered Learning - How it Works
This eCourse is the foundational first Module in the 4-week Power EA International Masterclass & Coaching program. It can be purchased and undertaken as a stand-alone e-course.
Purchased as a stand-alone e-course, you will have access to all Module 1 lectures, exercises and knowledge growth assessment, plus learning support (see below).
The Module contains a series of short, easy-to-follow, self-paced lectures, a test-your-knowledge assessment and takeaways for reflection and discussion during your learning consolidation session (if booked).
This is a guided learning experience. Participants are expected to engage with the material, complete worksheets, and come prepared.
Learning Consolidation & Support
You will have the opportunity to reinforce your learning through a structured consolidation session.
Depending on timing and availability, this may take the form of:
A live workshop aligned to The Power EA International Masterclass schedule, or
A 30-minute 1:1 consolidation session with the trainer
These sessions are designed to support application of the material — helping you work through your reflections, clarify key concepts, and connect the learning to your own role and environment.
