    Protocol & the Office Professional

    This section covers Protocol & Executive Support, offering an opportunity to understand and utilize the skill set. By leveraging these benefits, you can enhance your toolkit and add value to your professional repertoire.

  • Emotional & Cultural Intelligence in the Workplace

    This full-day session is designed to enhance participants' knowledge and understanding of emotional intelligence (EQ) and cultural intelligence (CQ).

    EQ and CQ are essential attributes for building successful relationships, improving workplace effectiveness, and enhancing productivity.

    During the session, the focus will be on developing cultural competence and emotional resilience, enabling individuals to navigate diverse work environments with greater proficiency and confidence.

  • Communication Skills | Defining Your Personal Brand

    This session focuses on refining and strengthening communication skills to build confidence in interactions with internal and external stakeholders. We’ll explore communication strategies to achieve maximum impact at any level. We will also review the key features of Personal Branding to adapt and define your unique personal brand.

    Leadership Styles and the Executive Support Role

    The program's final session will focus on the manager/assistant dynamic through an exploration of the different leadership styles and the assistant role.

    Goals Review

    We conclude the program by reviewing our learning goals and conducting a Q&A session. All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation, which will be presented by an PNGAAP representative.

No-shows forfeit their registration fee in full but can rebook for a future Masterclass training date at a discount.
