Career Coaching Program - Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching activities provided by 60ZONE Pty Ltd and its registered brands, including The Global Assistant Online, whether through a complimentary session, a Pay-as-You-Grow coaching pack, or a bespoke engagement for individuals or organisations.

By booking a coaching service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

General Agreement

  • You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions of Service.

  • You acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in our Coaching Relationship Framework.

  • You understand that all services are also subject to and operate in conjunction with our General Terms & Conditions of Purchase, which apply to all products and services offered by 60ZONE Pty Ltd and its brands.

Payment, Currency & Refund Policy

  • All coaching fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Taxes, duties, or VAT may be added at the time of purchase based on your jurisdiction. Clients booking on behalf of a registered business entity may supply a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN), VAT number, or Australian Business Number (ABN) for exemption if applicable.

  • Once a coaching service has commenced, no refunds will be provided.

  • We do not charge credit card surcharges, but you are responsible for any foreign exchange or transaction fees applied by your financial institution.

  • Payments made by credit or debit card currently do not attract a processing surcharge; however, the Provider reserves the right to introduce a nominal processing fee in the future. Any applicable surcharge will be disclosed prior to payment.

  • All coaching fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Confidentiality & Conduct

  • All sessions are confidential, except in cases of legal exceptions.

  • You agree not to disclose, reuse, or distribute any materials, tools, or intellectual property provided during your coaching engagement.

  • Coaching is a professional space. You agree to engage respectfully and in good faith.

Session Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • All sessions must be scheduled using the calendar link provided at the time of purchase.

  • Sessions must be booked with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the session and may incur a no-show fee of USD $50.

  • If the Coach reschedules a session, your right to reschedule is preserved.

AI Tools & Session Notes

  • At times, your Coach may use AI-generated notes or summaries (e.g. Zoom Smart Summaries or transcription tools) to support session accuracy and continuity.

  • These tools are used for internal reference only, stored securely, and are not shared externally.

  • You may request that these tools not be used in your session by informing your Coach in advance.

Coaching Packs – Pay-as-You-Grow

Our flexible coaching packs are designed to suit your pace and goals:

  • 6 sessions – USD $1,080

  • 10 sessions – USD $1,700

  • 12 sessions – USD $1,980

Each session is:

  • 60 minutes, delivered virtually

  • Booked one at a time

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

We recommend booking a session every two weeks to support consistent progress.

Single Session – Advisory Coaching

For focused support on a specific topic or decision, you may book:

  • 60-minute Coaching Session – USD $175, or

  • 90-minute Advisory / Coaching Session - USD $275

  • Designed to provide clarity, insight, or direction on one key challenge or opportunity

Bespoke Coaching Programs

We offer custom coaching solutions for individuals and organisations. These are scoped and priced based on your specific goals, structure, and support needs.

Bespoke program terms are confirmed in a written agreement and may include:

  • A fixed number of sessions or milestones

  • Custom onboarding or reporting

  • Organisation-specific deliverables

Cancellations and rescheduling follow the same notice periods unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are subject to the terms of your bespoke agreement.

No-Shows & Service Termination

  • "Adequate notice" is defined as a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and may incur a no-show fee of USD $50.

  • Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or breaches of conduct may result in termination of services at the Coach’s discretion, without refund.

  • You may discontinue your coaching engagement at any time by ceasing to book further sessions.

Limitations of Liability

While we deliver coaching in good faith, results are not guaranteed. 60ZONE Pty Ltd, The Global Assistant Online, and its representatives shall not be liable for any personal, financial, or professional consequences arising from your decisions or actions related to coaching.

  • In the event of a dispute, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for coaching services within the six (6) months preceding the date the dispute is raised in writing, up to a maximum of USD $1,000.

  • The limitation above applies in conjunction with the Limitation of Liability and Indemnity provisions contained in the Provider’s General Terms & Conditions of Purchase.

  • No claims will be accepted more than six (6) months after the date of your most recent coaching session.

  • All concerns must be submitted in writing to coaching@theglobalassistant.com.

Policy Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
