Career Coaching Program - Terms & Conditions of Service
Includes Terms & Conditions for Bespoke Coaching Programs for Individuals and Organizations.
The career coaching activities conducted by 60ZONE Pty Ltd and its registered brands, such as The Global Assistant Online, are subject to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern complimentary or purchased coaching programs and the Coach/Coachee contract.
By booking this service, you affirm that you:
Have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions set out herein.
Acknowledge and accept the terms of the Coach/Coachee contract.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
These terms apply to coaching services provided by The Global Assistant Online, a brand of 60ZONE Pty Ltd, and its representatives.
Upon booking, you (the "Coachee") understand and expressly agree to the following:
Your booking signifies the start or continuation of your chosen Coaching Program.
You have reviewed and, by continuing with your booking, consented to the Coaching Contract as presented in the Executive Coaching for Assistants Course Outline available on The Global Assistant Online e-learning platform.
Once initiated, your engagement in the selected coaching service is conclusive. We do not offer refunds post-commencement.
All listed prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment will also be in USD unless an alternative arrangement is made for payment in your local currency.
No credit card surcharges are applied by us. However, any charges or fees levied by your bank or credit card issuer, including foreign exchange or commission fees, are your responsibility.
Confidentiality is paramount. You agree to maintain the secrecy of all information disclosed during sessions, calls, and electronic communications, as well as any proprietary tools or intellectual property provided.
As part of ongoing coaching, you are responsible for booking your virtual coaching sessions through our designated online scheduler, which is accessible within the e-course curriculum in your Student Account.
Sessions cancelled, rescheduled, or missed without appropriate notice will be forfeited.
A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is necessary for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. These requests must be made through the calendar entry in your diary. If the option to “reschedule” or “cancel” is not available, the timeframe within which to do so has expired, and the session will therefore be forfeited.
Rescheduled sessions must occur within three (3) business days of the original booking. Failure to attend a rebooked session will result in its forfeiture and may incur a no-show fee of US$75.
Consistent failure to attend scheduled sessions may result in the termination of services at the Coach’s discretion, without the possibility of a refund.
You may discontinue services at any time by ceasing to book further sessions.
Should the Coach initiate a rescheduling request, your right to reschedule is preserved, provided you have not already rescheduled the session in question.
The Coach may employ a variety of strategies to facilitate the session. You agree to engage sincerely and courteously and to respond honestly throughout the process.
Limitations of Liability: While we endeavour to act in good faith, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services. 60ZONE Pty Ltd, its brands such as The Global Assistant Online, and their representatives, including coaches, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial, personal, or employment losses, that may arise from your decisions or actions following the coaching services received, whether complimentary or paid. In the event that you wish to dispute the service provided, our liability will be limited to the fees you have paid. All disputes must be submitted in writing to coaching@theglobalassistant.com
ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR SPECIFIC PACKAGES
4-Week Block - Month-to-Month (Recurring Booking/Subscription Service):
When purchasing a month-to-month coaching service by subscription, you are required to adhere to a fixed day and time throughout the 4-week period to optimize your coaching experience.
After the initial 4-week block is purchased and booked, your nominated payment method will be charged every month, and your sessions will continue until such time as you request cancellation of the direct debit. Cancellation of a month-to-month coaching service by subscription may be cancelled at any time before the next direct debit takes place.
For any changes to the upcoming 4-week block schedule, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice via email to coaching@theglobalassistant.com
Rescheduling a session requires at least 12 hours’ notice, with the rescheduled session to occur within 72 hours of the original booking, or it will be forfeited.
No-shows are non-refundable and forfeit the session.
8, 10, or 12-Session Packages:
Each session must be booked with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Rescheduling follows the same 12-hour notice requirement as the 4-week block.
Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase. Regularly scheduling sessions during this time is recommended to maintain progress towards your goals.
The no-show policy for the 4-week block applies here for consistency.
BESPOKE COACHING SERVICE
Custom coaching packages tailored to individual or organizational needs can be developed upon request. These bespoke proposals are crafted after a preliminary consultation to assess specific goals and requirements. Bespoke service prices may vary from standard rates published on our website or in marketing literature. Once agreed upon, the terms of the bespoke package will be outlined in a personalized coaching agreement detailing the scope, schedule, fees, and specific commitments required from both the coach and the coachee to ensure the program's effectiveness.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: The terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds for bespoke coaching programs align with our general policies. Participants may cancel or reschedule sessions according to the terms agreed upon within the personalized coaching agreement. Refunds for bespoke coaching are subject to the specifics outlined in the agreement, taking into account the preparation and customization involved. No-shows will be treated as a session held, except under exceptional circumstances as recognized by the coach.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revisions.
