A renewed collaboration with New Zealand

Providing vital learning and development opportunities for New Zealand administrators.

October 13, 2021, Sydney, Australia – The Global Assistant Online (TGA) is pleased to announce a collaboration with The Association of Administrative Professionals New Zealand, Inc. to provide valuable learning and development opportunities for their members and the New Zealand administrative industry.

TGA offers hybrid learning choices, connecting its students with peers worldwide in group classes. Each program includes on-demand tutorials and a live coaching component that allows students to validate their learning.

The available programs concentrate on developing agile professional competencies critical to administrative support in a changing workplace - communication, cultural competency, strategic stakeholder management, and engagement all contribute to the development of global skills, which TGA provides.

This renewed collaboration is critical for the development of The Global Assistant Online's global partnership network that benefits its online students. This network now covers Australia, Europe and New Zealand.

"I am honoured to welcome back the Association of Administrative Professionals NZ through its new brand, AdmiNZ," said Patricia Butera, founder of The Global Assistant Online. "AAPNZ was the first organisation that supported our learning and development offering for executive support professionals back in 2015. That collaboration effectively created the roadmap which is guiding the global development of our strategic partner network. Our partnership with AdmiNZ creates more learning opportunities for New Zealand admin professionals seeking global skills."

The Global Assistant's offering will be promoted exclusively in New Zealand by AdmiNZ. AdmiNZ members will benefit from the relationship since they will access discounted enrolment on all TGA courses. Members will also be able to connect to a worldwide cohort of executive support professionals who are acquiring global skills learning through TGA.

The increased emphasis on companies having globally skilled and nimble personnel is universal - this partnership is exciting news for the New Zealand admin industry.

AdmiNZ National President, Joanne Gallop said, “This is a fantastic opportunity for AdmiNZ to partner with one of the best trainers in the industry. TGA is renowned for providing quality online training which will cater to our training and upskilling requirements. The AdmiNZ National Executive Team have been working tirelessly to provide our membership quality training during this unprecedented time and with such uncertainty around travel and face to face training, TGA’s online training is the perfect solution. As National President, I am really excited and honoured to work with Patricia, to reignite our relationship and support our administrative professionals with the training they want.”

This is an innovative partnership that introduces an exceptional membership-inclusive offer to new and existing members of AdmiNZ. Enrol in TGA's The Power EA International Masterclass and receive a year's subscription to AdmiNZ included in the enrolment fee. This special offer is in keeping with TGA's philosophy of "providing executive support professionals with low-cost and accessible e-learning opportunities and executive coaching to assist their career growth."

About The Global Assistant

The Global Assistant Online is a Sydney-based company that offers unique "Future Skills Learning & Coaching Online" courses. Since 2015, our classes and coaching have been delivered in "traditional" training settings. The pandemic compelled a rethinking of how best to aid executive support staff. Individuals who preferred to stay ahead of the game unsurprisingly prioritised learning. As a result, The Global Assistant Online was introduced in July 2020 and is part of 60ZONE Pty Ltd.

The online learning platform benefits executive and personal assistants, office managers, and administrative professionals at all stages of their careers. The desire to take charge of their professional development to advance in their careers is the common denominator. Course candidates include people who want to learn and enhance their future skills, such as leadership and communication, which are in great demand and essential for success in today's workplace.
