A ground-breaking alliance for bilingual Japanese Assistants

November 24, 2021, Sydney, Australia/Tokyo, Japan – The Global Assistant Online (TGA) is honoured to announce a collaboration with Language Magic Factory, Japan (LMF) to offer a global skills program for English bilingual Japanese assistants. The collaboration is a first-time collaboration for Australian-based The Global Assistant in Asia, cementing its international image as a leading online global skills training provider for business support professionals.

Language Magic Factory has been servicing English bilingual secretaries for the last decade by providing training in various EA-related accreditations and coaching to corporations and individuals who want to enhance their English and administrative skills.

In January 2022 The Global Assistant will introduce a unique program that will assist Japanese companies upskill their English-bilingual business support teams. 

Starting with The Global Communication Skills for Japanese-English Bilingual Assistants, this e-course and coaching program will detail the communication issues in cross-cultural dealings. The learnings offer strategies and methods for successful English language communication.

The innovative course is designed to meet the needs of English-bilingual secretaries, executive or personal assistants who need to communicate with teams worldwide. Course participants will have access to coaching and workshops in Japanese and English to support their learning and assist them grow and excel in their careers.

Mariko Nishi is an experienced trainer of Japanese/English bilingual professionals in the administrative field. She has various global EA ratings and a wide range of knowledge about global EA skills and mindsets that position her to provide Japanese students of The Global Assistant Online with full support in understanding the course contents on offer.

This new service builds on the work of The Global Assistant’s parent company, 60ZONE, which has been providing intercultural and international business protocol corporate advisory and training since 2014. The initiative draws on years of experience in cross-cultural communication training.

LMF sees this alliance with TGA as an essential corporate service.  This crucial collaboration with The Global Assistant will usher in a new era of online global skills training that will benefit a broad spectrum of executive support professionals and multinationals in Japan.
