The Power EA International Masterclass provides a structured four-week learning experience for experienced executive support professionals ready to strengthen these capabilities. Self-paced tutorials are combined with weekly facilitated workshops, allowing learners to apply the concepts, discuss real workplace situations, and learn alongside an international cohort of peers.

✺ Is the Power EA right for you? ✺
-
The Power EA is a four-week, cohort-based online Masterclass combining self-paced tutorials, weekly facilitated workshops, and international peer discussion.
It develops the judgment, communication, cultural intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and professional presence required to operate effectively in complex executive environments.
-
No. The program is not defined by job titles.
It is designed for experienced professionals who support a leader, executive, or leadership team — regardless of whether their role is titled Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Assistant, Chief of Staff, Office Manager, or another support-focused designation.
What matters is the nature of the work, not the title on the job description.
-
Because many roles that support leaders now require stronger capability than most formal training has prepared people for.
The Masterclass strengthens your ability to:
communicate in sensitive and high-pressure situations;
manage stakeholders and competing expectations;
exercise judgment and discretion;
navigate culturally diverse workplaces; and
operate with greater clarity and professional presence.
It bridges the gap between performing the role competently and operating confidently in complex executive environments.
-
Many courses in this space focus on job titles, task lists, or general career motivation.
The Power EA focuses on professional capability: how you think, decide, communicate, and respond when the work is unclear, sensitive, political, or complex.
It develops capabilities often expected of experienced support professionals but rarely taught in a structured and practical way. It does not assume that every executive, organization, or workplace operates in the same way.
-
No. Self-paced tutorials introduce the core concepts and practical frameworks, but the program is guided and cohort-based.
Weekly facilitated workshops are central to the experience. They allow learners to discuss the concepts, test their thinking, and apply the learning to real workplace situations.
-
Yes. Many participants join because their roles have expanded or become more complex faster than their formal development has kept pace.
The Masterclass helps experienced professionals update and strengthen their capabilities in line with the realities of contemporary executive support, rather than revisiting basic skills they already use confidently.
-
This program is not designed for:
people who are new to executive or leadership support;
learners seeking basic administrative, task, or software training; or
those looking primarily for quick tips or motivational content.
It is intended for experienced professionals who want to strengthen their judgment, communication, stakeholder engagement, cultural capability, and professional presence.
-
Cohorts are intentionally small and international. Participants come from different industries, organizations, and regions, but share responsibility for supporting executives or leadership teams in complex working environments.
-
Allow approximately two to three hours each week, including:
short self-paced tutorials;
practical activities and reflection;
one facilitated workshop; and
time to apply the learning in your workplace.
The program is designed to run alongside full-time work.
-
The program includes practical activities and knowledge checks designed to reinforce learning and application. It is not an academic qualification, and learners are not required to submit confidential organizational information.
Certificate requirements are explained before the program begins.
-
Yes. The Masterclass is frequently funded through professional development, learning, or capability budgets.
The Program & Investment Overview can support an internal approval request, and team enrollment options are available for organizations registering three or more participants.
